PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

Each soft capsule contains 1200mg of concentrated mixture of the following sources of omega-3, omega-6 and omega-9 fatty acids: bourantzas oil (non GMO), fish oil and linseed oil. The mixture contains: 412mg of omega-3 (212mg alpha linolenic acid, 120mg EPA, 80mg DHA non GMO), 250mg omega-6 (76mg GLA, 174mg linoleic acid) and 134mg Omega-9 (oleic acid). Also 10 I.U. Vitamin E for antioxidant protection of the above ingredients.

Normal Use: One capsule twice daily
