Originating in North America , the Evening Primrose is a beautiful plant that opens its large yellow flowers when the night comes . It is found by the roadside , in uncultivated land which grows in rocky and sandy soils.

The seeds of this plant , after extraction with the first cold pressing , give us a small amount of a precious oil. This oil has great therapeutic efficacy of the high content of essential fatty acids and especially linoleic acid ( omega-3 ) and gamma linolenic acid (omega - 6 content of about 9%). This substance , a precursor of prostaglandins E1, acts as a protein , prolactin .Elevated levels of prolactin responsible to some extent for the occurrence of disorders associated with premenstrual syndrome : voltage chest and abdominal bloating associated with fluid retention , migraine and disorders character (anxiety , nervousness , irritability , insomnia , depression ) . Linoleic acid helps maintain flexibility and skin hydration . In addition , omega -3 fatty acids enhance the activity of gamma - linolenic acid which acts positively on mood disorders .

Dosage: 1 capsule morning, noon and night with meals . It should be taken during the second half of the menstrual cycle for 10 days
