Instructions for use: Adults and children over 12 years of age: Add the contents of the envelope to a large glass of potable water at room temperature and drink within 10 minutes. Take one sachet twice a day to treat constipation and one envelope once a day to maintain good digestive status and peristalsis. The dosage should be adjusted according to the individual response to treatment. The maximum dose usually does not exceed 4 envelopes per day.
