The products are tested and placed in special packaging to collect them in excellent condition.
PharmaPoli.gr accepts only the return of products that have not been used, that are in their original condition and packaging, and are accompanied by the relevant documents. This concerns the following cases:
- In case of a mistake made by PharmaPoli.gr, products are replaced at our own shipping costs. Alternatively, we can refund the money paid for the returned products within 5 working days after we receive them. Shipping costs for the return of the products or costs for the refunding of money paid will be charged to us.
- If you make a mistake when you order online, the product can be replaced. The cost for receipt - delivery will be charged to you, ie. the amount of 5.00 Euro if there is no price difference (same cost). If the price of the product being replaced is less than that of the product shipped the difference will be deposited by us on your account. If the price is higher, you will have to deposit the difference to our account.
- If any products are defective, you should inform accordingly PharmaPoli.gr within 3 days of receipt. In such a case, Pharmapoli.gr will issue an order to receive the defective product from you at its own expenses. If proven defective by the company that represents the product, the product will be replaced within five working days from the date of receipt or from the date of company's decision for returned goods. If you do not update us within the deadline of three days, it is considered that you have accepted the order. Note that in case the product is not considered defective according to the decision (in written or oral) of the company that represents the specific product, then the product will be returned to you and you will be charged for the receipt - delivery costs, ie. the amount of 7.50 Euro.
- You have the right to withdraw, that is, to return, without stating a specific reason, the purchased product within fourteen (14) calendar days from its receipt, provided that the received package has not been opened. In this case, you will only be charged with the cost of returning the product € 2,50. In any case, the products must be returned in the condition received, that is to be complete, without any damages and in their packaging, together with all the accompanying documents and the original purchase documents. If the return is not done in the above period, or if any of the above requirements are not fulfilled, we reserve the right to not accept any return or replacement. Returns of products purchased under offers are not accepted.
In case you received your order and you want to replace the corresponding product(s) with another for any reason, there is the possibility of exchange. In this case the charge for the transport is 6,00 € and it is charged to the customer.
Cancellation of order can be done in the following cases:
- If you have completed the online order but the product has not shipped yet, you can call +30 2108046226 or send us e-mail at email@example.com or fill out the contact form on our website and one of our colleagues will handle the cancellation of your order.
- After receiving the product, call us at +302108046226 or send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
As it concerns the orders abroad, you are able to replace a product if you wish, but you will be charged the shipping cost. The charge is according to the shipping cost for deliveries abroad.
