The Premtis Lamberts ® is a high potency polyviatmini specifically designed for women of reproductive age. Can be used both for the symptoms of premenstrual syndrome , and as a main food supplement for menstrual disorders .
Contains 19 ingredients , including :
• Vitamin B6, known to have a beneficial effect on menstruation .
• Adequate level of magnesium (400mg per 2 tablets ) , which is very important because as we know the activity of magnesium is dose dependent with 400mg to be the ideal effective dose .
• Satisfactory levels of trace elements such as zinc, chromium and iodine ( combats desire for sweet ) .
The Premtis can be used together with the Evening Primrose Oil and Starflower (Borage) Oil.
