Special composition of Glucosamine & Chondroitin in an ideal ratio (500mg/400mg), for the maintenance and flexibility of joints and ligaments, in slow-release tablets for continuous action and effervescent tablets. Contains:

Glucosamine: It is an aminosaccharide and is the main component of synovial fluid. Essential in the formation of glycosaminoglycans (GAGs) for the cohesion of cartilage. The wear of existing tissues, especially around the joints, requires continuous "refilling" with glucosamine on a daily basis.
Chondroitin: It is a glycosaminoglycan that is naturally found in cartilage. It has the ability to attract water molecules, providing hydration and elasticity, while at the same time preventing the action of enzymes that destroy cartilage.
Turmeric: Turmeric root, rich in curcumin, known for its natural antioxidant properties, especially useful for shoulders, knees and elbows.
Vitamin C: Essential for the maintenance and formation of collagen by the body.
Manganese: Metal, important for skeletal development. Research has shown that people with osteoarthritis were deficient in manganese.

Dosage: Adults: 1- 2 tablets daily with food.
