Ingredients: Peppermint, Eucalyptus, Juniper, Caraway, Fennel

Dosage: In case of catarrh: Put 3-5 drops on a tissue and inhale or put in a bowl of warm water 10 drops Po-Ho oil and inhale the vapors. In sore throat: Put 5-10 drops in a glass of water and gargle. The Po-Ho oil can also be diluted in another oil and used to massage the breast or to other areas where there is muscle ponos.Se case headache: Lightly massage the temples of 3-5 drops Po Ho oil.
