The Achilles is a valuable herb to aid digestion and ease tensions in the gut . With antiseptic and anti-inflammatory action , accelerates recovery from gastritis and enteritis , indemnifies the bloated feeling , reduces colic .

Dosage: Adults : 20-30 drops in a little water before meals , up to 3 times a day . Children over 4 years : 10 drops in a little water before meals , up to 3 times a day .

Note : The ideal use of Yarrow Complex is five minutes before meals in a little water . Before swallowing , it is recommended to keep a little mouth to enhance the effect. There are no contraindications for long term use . Not recommended in cases of gastric ulcer .
