1. Garlic: Indications:

     -high pressure
     -High levels of cholesterol

Fresh garlic except sulfur compounds comprising flavonoids , vitamins , zinc and selenium , and its active ingredient is alisini . The consumption of garlic for many years has shown that antioxidant is harmless and without side effects . Reduces the risk of heart disease , lowers blood pressure and maintains the elasticity of the arteries . It also acts as an anticoagulant because it prevents platelet aggregation and the formation athiromatikis plate lowers total cholesterol ( mainly LDL) and triglycerides.

2. Hawthorn: Indications:

The hawthorn is the most effective herb for strengthening the heart and circulatory balance . It is rich in " bioactive " ingredients such flavoneidi , lefkoanthokyanidines , triterpenes , sterols , proanthocyanidins . It relaxes and dilates coronary and peripheral vessels allowing better oxygenation of the heart and tissues . It is an excellent remedy for high blood pressure , cardiovascular disease , protection from the early stages of heart disease , a weakening of the heart muscle , pressure and tightness in the chest , for mild arrhythmia , and as cordial . Prevents oxidation of cholesterol and hardening of the arteries.

3. Passiflora: Indications:

The passiflora (passion flower) is an excellent sedative herb that soothes the nerves and relieves mildly muscle tension and anxiety without causing addiction.

Each capsule contains: 150mg of fresh garlic extract (Swiss garlic *), 50mg extract of fresh hawthorn (Crataegus oxyacantha *) 20mg and extract fresh passion fruit (Passiflora incarnata *).

Dosage: Adults: 1-2 capsules 2 times daily before meals. Swallowed unchewed with a glass of water.

Note: To Hawthorn-garlic should be used for a period of at least six months to be optimal.
